The information provided by Equifense Technologies Private Limited (“Equifense”, “We,” “Us” or “Our”) on equifense.com (the “Website”) is for general informational purposes only. The term ‘you‘ refers to the end user or viewer of this website.

User Account, Password, and Security

You will receive a password and user account upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Equifense of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Equifense cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

User Conduct

By using this site, you agree to the following:

  • Criminal Activity: Do not upload, download, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that constitutes or encourages criminal activity, violates the rights of any party, or violates any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Unsolicited Content: Do not upload, download, post, email, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation.
  • Malicious Software: Do not upload, download, post, email, or otherwise transmit any material containing software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
  • False Information: Do not upload, download, post, email, or otherwise transmit false or misleading information.
  • Site Security: Do not disrupt or interfere with the security of the site, services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the site or affiliated websites.
  • Unauthorized Access: Do not access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the site. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas may face prosecution.
  • User Disruption: Do not disrupt or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of the site or affiliated websites.
  • Linking and Framing: Do not frame or link to the site except as permitted in writing by Equifense.
  • Personal Privacy: Do not incorporate images or names that violate a person's right of privacy or publicity, including using the likeness of celebrities, political figures, or other famous individuals.

Equifense does not pre-screen submitted content, but reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates these terms. Orders may be reviewed for adherence to guidelines, and any non-compliant content may be removed. Users bear all risks associated with the use of any content and must evaluate its accuracy, completeness, and usefulness. Users are responsible for their own content, and Equifense does not endorse or approve any content uploaded by users.

Content Preservation and Disclosure

Equifense may preserve and disclose content as required by law or in good faith to:

Technical Processing

The intellectual property rights in or relating to the content of any notes, messages, emails, postings, letters, ideas, suggestions, concepts, or other written materials which you submit or communicate to Equifense (excluding the content you submit) will automatically be deemed to be assigned, granted, and transferred by you to Equifense upon their submission or communication to Equifense. You assign all rights therein to Equifense and agree that the same will automatically become the property of Equifense, allowing Equifense to use, exploit, copy, publish, implement, transfer, and deal with such materials and all of the intellectual property rights therein in any way and for any purpose Equifense may elect, indefinitely.

Intellectual Property Policy

Equifense respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Equifense may terminate the accounts of users who appear to infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright and/or trademark infringement, please notify Equifense's Copyright/Trademark Attorney/Agent and provide the following information ("Notice"):

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright/trademark interest.
  • A description of the copyrighted work and/or trademark claimed to have been infringed.
  • A description of where the claimed infringing content is located on our site.
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright/trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
